DEMB-45
MB-45 is a modern aluminium system used in interior and exterior architectural elements that do not require thermal insulation, e.g.: various types of partition walls, windows, doors, including manual and automatic sliding doors, swing doors, vestibules, display windows, cash-desk boxes, showcases and spatial structures.
The structural depth of the window sections is: 45 mm (frame), 54 mm (leaf), and doors respectively: 45 mm and 54 mm. These adopted depths of the leaf and frame sections give the effect of a single plane on the external side when closed – in the case of a window – and the effect of flush leaf and frame surfaces – in the case of a door. The shape of the profiles makes it possible to achieve slim and robust window and door constructions.
A significant advantage of the MB-45 system is the possibility to bend profiles, including frames, leaves and lacings, which allows various types of arches and arch constructions to be made. Tightness is ensured by the use of special EPDM synthetic rubber gaskets, which guarantee resistance to ageing during many years of operation.
The system allows for glass packets with a thickness of 2 mm to 35 mm in window leaves and 2 mm to 26 mm in fixed windows and door leaves. The MB-45 system is also the basis for special solutions: MB-45D smoke-proof partitions and doors (in the S30 class) and MB-45S rebate doors.

MB-45 door system
A characteristic feature of the system is its close relationship with the MB-60 and MB-70 window and door systems. The system’s versatility and attractiveness is further enhanced by the possibility to choose between several solution variants for different design details, e.g. bottom sealing of door leaves, sealing of sliding and swing doors, shape of glazing beads, shape and height of door thresholds.
