Ideal 8000
The IDEAL 8000 window system combines state-of-the-art technical solutions for above-average performance, guaranteeing warmth, silence, security and exceptional window aesthetics. By choosing the IDEAL 8000 window system, you are choosing a top-of-the-range product in which the quality of the profiles and the materials used are never compromised. The well-thought-out design and geometry of the profiles, combined with the available technologies, ensure excellent statics, long-term preservation of the window function and trouble-free operation.
The development of window structures with low thermal transmittance is no longer just a fad or a piece of trivia, it is a long-lasting and long-established trend in window technology. The Ideal 8000 system is perfectly in line with the search for thermal energy savings by increasing the depth of profiles and the number of internal chambers as well as implementing new technologies for glazing window leaves.
The Ideal 8000 system is one of the few systems on the market with the so-called “classic centre seal”. The special extruded centre rebate, to which the third, inner gasket adheres firmly, ensures better tightness of the entire construction, improves thermal and acoustic properties, as well as making it more difficult to balance the leaf by blocking access to the hardware.
The Ideal 8000 profiles are products recommended by the Safe House programme due to their design solutions that increase resistance to burglary.
A recommended, and in fact mandatory, solution in the case of joinery with increased resistance to burglary is to secure the glass packets against pry-out. In this case, the “bonding inside” technology comes to the rescue, where a perimeter gap with adhesive firmly connects the glass to the profile, effectively preventing the glass from being pushed out of the leaf.
The Ideal 8000 series is a multifunctional system, using MULTIFALZ technology, which is an optional option for the use of bonded glass technology. Thanks to the new glazing rebate geometry, it is not only possible to glaze conventionally, but also to use glaze bonding. These technologies can be used interchangeably or combined as required, e.g. it is possible to improve the thermal properties of a structure by eliminating steel reinforcements and using glaze bonding, or to use both steel reinforcement and glazing technology for larger window sizes, colours, etc.
As part of the Ideal 8000 series, a very exclusive designer solution with an aluminium leaf overlay facing the frame surface is also available from this year for the semi-leaf. This makes it possible to achieve the optics characteristic of aluminium windows.
And through the use of the latest Woodec decorative structures, we have the opportunity to impressively combine the appearance of real wood with the modern and fashionable look of aluminium within PVC joinery.
Responding to these trends, we are introducing profiles with an anthracite core, which will allow the windows to fit even better into fashionable and modern arrangements.
Feel the energy inside
The Uf=1.0 W/m2K thermal transmittance coefficient of the profiles achieved in the tests places the IDEAL 8000 system among solutions of primary importance for investors interested in energy-efficient construction. It was possible to achieve such brilliant results thanks to the increased profile depth to 85 mm, the six-chamber profile design and the three-gasket system. The possibility of using energy-efficient glass packets with a width of up to 51 cm makes it possible to create windows characterised by very low thermal transmittance. For example, a reference window measuring 1230 x 1480 mm using a glass packet with a Ug = 0.5 W/m2K coefficient achieves a thermal insulation coefficient of Uw = 0.76 W/m2K, i.e. compatible the requirements for windows in passive construction. The IDEAL 8000 system is a classic design with a centre seal, which guarantees above-average properties in terms of structural integrity, thermal and acoustic insulation.Safety and silence
We want to feel safe at home, yet police statistics report that the majority of home burglaries are committed through windows and patio doors. This is why it becomes so important to choose the right components to better secure our homes.

Reliability
The optional use of glaze bonding technology, on the other hand, allows the windows to be even more stable. Thanks to the permanent bonding of the glass and the leaf, the risk of warping, bending and settling of the leaf is reduced, thereby extending the shelf life of the leaves without the need for adjustment. By bonding the glass to the profile with glue, around its entire perimeter, a significant proportion of the static load is transferred through the glass, which is more resistant to bending than the leaf profile and thus stabilises the window.System with centre seal
The three-seal system used in the IDEAL 8000 series means not only greater tightness of the entire structure, but also a significantly longer service life of the fitting mechanisms, which are isolated from external conditions in the so-called dry chamber. This ensures better operation of the fittings and trouble-free use of the windows.Elegant, timeless design
A distinctive and perfectly shaped design. It is a line for those who value freedom of choice, combining aesthetic qualities with technological requirements. In addition to the shape, the colour of the windows and doors has a major influence on their aesthetic impact. A wide range of decorative foils and the Aluskin aluminium overlay system opens up a modern and elegant world of unlimited colour play, while maintaining the friendly warmth of PVC. All this to perfectly adjust the appearance of the window to your interior design. As part of the Ideal 8000 series, a very exclusive designer solution with an aluminium leaf overlay facing the frame surface is also available from this year for the semi-leaf.
