DEAluskin overlays
Aluskin aluminium overlays are a new technical solution that introduces the modern and elegant world of aluminium and unlimited colour play, while maintaining the friendly warmth of PVC.
The best energy-saving parameters and, at the same time, the impeccable optical beauty of aluminium windows and facades are assets that are able to meet the expectations of the most demanding architects. The aluminium overlays of the Aluskin system can be any colour from the RAL colour palette thanks to modern painting or powder coating technologies. By applying Aluskin aluminium overlays to the outer surfaces of the profiles, a high-quality appearance, increased durability and colour variety of the painted aluminium profiles can be achieved. Without screws, without adhesives, without unnecessary waste of time, a unique product can be created.
The introduction of 90° jointed overlays means that, above all, a very interesting window appearance similar to timber windows can be achieved, but also that the production of windows with overlays is greatly facilitated. By front-joining the overlays, the number of people involved in the process and the time required for preparation are reduced. The new jointing method also does not require as much precision in cutting the overlays as with the 45° jointing, and the overlays themselves no longer need to be trimmed until after the windows have been manufactured. Preparation of the overlays (cutting) can take place in parallel with the window production on the basis of the optimisation list.

As part of the Ideal 8000 series, a very exclusive designer solution is also available for the half-leaf, with an aluminium leaf overlay facing the frame surface. This makes it possible to achieve the optics characteristic of aluminium windows.
And through the use of the latest Woodec decorative structures, we have the opportunity to impressively combine the faithful appearance of real wood with the modern and fashionable look of aluminium within PVC joinery.
