This is the first such window monitoring solution patented by Winkhaus. It consists of replacing the contact catch with a radio-controlled locking sensor. A transponder (transmitter), mounted on the sash, works together with a sensor (receiver), located on the window frame. Data transmission between the sash and the frame takes place without contact, using a special code that guarantees a very high level of security. When closing and locking the sash, the sensor "recognises" the transponder and transmits the identification confirmation to the control panel. If a "foreign" transponder approaches the receiver, the system immediately recognises this and an alarm is triggered.​​​​​​​The Control hardware with RFID technology is another variant developed as part of the new activPilot system. With this solution, the installer has greater freedom of action than before, as the new additional elements allow the contact catches to be fitted almost anywhere on the window frame.
